Women Economic Empowerment and Gender Responsive Budgeting is the focus of the seventh edition of the SADC Gender and Development Monitor 2018. The publication gives gives special attention to Part 5, Productive Resources and Property and Part 11, Financial Provisions, of the revised SADC Protocol on Gender and Development. The SADC Gender and Development Monitor has been produced by SARDC for SADC since 1999 tracking progress on implementation of the SADC Protocol on Gender and Development.
